Between two and five civilians were reportedly killed in an LNA or Emirati airstrike on Al-Swani.

Libya Observer put the death toll at two: “Foreign aircraft backing up Khalifa Haftar’s forces have carried out airstrikes on civilian houses in Al-Sawani, killing two people and injuring ten others, Volcano of Rage Operation’s media office said on Sunday.

The media office said among the civilian casualties, there are women and children and posted a video showing the destructive aftermath of the airstrike.”

The Field Medicine and Support Center (FMSC) wrote: “After a report of warplanes shelling in Al-Swani area that caused the death of three children and seriously injured a fourth child, ambulances of the Sawani Field Hospital of the Field Medicine and Support Center rushed on Sunday, 1-12-2019, to the area near the Sawani Bridge for the ambulance of the child Mohammed Jamal Yousef Helmi, 9 years old, who died instantly and recovered the body of the child Mahaba Ayad Adam, 4 years old. The body of a child who was not able to identify him was recovered.”

Libya Alahrar TV later put the death toll at five and said 13 more were wounded.

Al Wasat quoted a GNA spokesperson saying that an Emirati pilot flew the plane which conducted the strike.

According to 218TV, an LNA spokesperson later said that they did not target civilians in the area.

The Libya Observer said: “The Congress of Libya’s Tebu tribespeople has condemned in a statement the airstrikes of Khalifa Haftar’s forces on Um Al-Aranib on Thursday, killing a whole family – mother and her six children.”

Ummm Al Aranib Channel also wrote a mother and her six children were killed.

Wolfram Lacher said: “Drone strikes (presumably UAE) on Umm al-Araneb, following earlier drone strikes this morning in Tassawa on the force that took over El Feel yesterday.

One of the Umm al-Araneb strikes killed 6-7 members of a single family, most of them children.”

Libya Alahrar TV reported nine children and two women killed.

According to Afrigate News, strikes took place near the Chinese buildings. It did not mention civilian harm.

Between seven and ten civilians were reportedly killed in an LNA or Emirati airstrike on a biscuit factory in Wadi al Rabie.

Reuters said: “At least seven workers were killed and another 35 wounded in an air strike that hit a biscuit factory on Monday in a southern suburb of the Libyan capital, Tripoli, emergency services said.

Those killed in the district of Wadi Rabea, about 21 km (13 miles) from the city center, included two Libyans and five foreigners from Bangladesh and sub-Saharan African countries, said Usama Ali, a spokesman for the ambulance and emergency authority in Tripoli.”

The Field Medicine and Support Center (FMSC), like most other sources, put the death toll at seven: “On Monday, 18/11/2019, Al-Sunbulah factory for biscuit industry in Wadi al Rabie area was bombarded by air strikes, killing 7 people, 2 Libyans and 5 foreign workers.”

The Libya Observer put the death toll at seven with 15 people injured.

According to Akhbar Libya 24, ten people were killed and 35 wounded.

Most sources either accused the LNA or the UAE, with Reuters saying: “Officials in eastern Libya contacted by Reuters on Monday said they had no information about an air strike by their forces.”
