Three civilians were allegedly killed and a mother injured by a NATO airstrike on the Al Wafa neighbourhood of Sirte, which is alternatively referred to as Al Dollar neighbourhood..

ANVWL said on one of the victim’s circumstances of death on October 6th: “The child was killed in Al-Wafa neighbourhood, Al-Dollar neighbourhood, as a result of the indiscriminate shelling that fell on her family’s home, seriously injuring her mother.”

Shhda Aljmahyryt Alzmy listed three victims killed on October 7th.

NATO reported no strikes on October 6th and one strike on a “Firing and Vehicle Staging Point” in Sirte.

On May 2nd 2011, multiple sources reported shelling on Misurata by Gaddafi forces, killing at least six and injuring dozens. It was unclear how many of those harmed were civilians or combatants.

Reuters wrote that about a hundred rockets had been fired into Misurata by Gaddafi forces.

According to Ahrar Libya : “A medical source in the city stated that ‘there are six dead and dozens of wounded,’ but he did not specify the number of civilians or military personnel killed. The port of Misurata, which is the only outlet for the transfer of humanitarian aid and weapons to this city, was subjected to violent bombardment by Gaddafi forces on Sunday, during which two of the rebels were killed, according to eyewitnesses.

“And medical sources reported that Nigerians and Egyptians were seriously injured after they happened to be among hundreds of African refugees in a camp near the port when it was bombed. A medical source said that “there is not enough information yet about the refugees,” expressing his fear that the number of victims will be greater.”

An al-Jamahiriya posted stated that “4 children were injured by shrapnel at the Sirte Gulf conference as a result of the Grad rockets.”

At least one man died from injuries sustained during his detention in a rebel-controlled facility in mid-November 2011 in Tajoura according to the UN Report Source Page 82.

A reported member of Gaddafi’s security agency was arrested at his father’s house on October 17, 2011 by rebels who did not have an arrest warrant and took him, along with four of his brothers and many of his possessions. The family of the man killed received a call from a Tripoli hospital saying that the man was in intensive care and by the next day, he was dead and his body was covered in injuries.

24/24 reported strike targeting a convoy of militants in “the southern axis” of Derna city.

Social media sources reported airstrikes on ten vehicles allegedly attempting to infiltrate Egypt.

Oded Berkowitz reported that the Egyptian Air Force bombed 10 vehicles “carrying weapons and ammunition near the border with Libya.”

An Alwast News described the incident similarly and cited the Egyptian Air Force as saying all 10 vehicles had been destroyed. A military spokesperson confirmed that they had targeted the vehicles as they allegedly tried to cross the border into Egypt.

According to local sources, more than 18 LNA airstrikes were carried out in Benghazi in the areas of Ganfouda, Bouatni, Sidi Faraj near the cement factory, and Marissa port. The strikes in Ganfouda reportedly targeted a convoy with 16 cars.

On December 7th, Sputnik said: “Libyan air force spokesman Nasir al-Hassi told Sputnik that Libyan aircraft had just bombed more than 16 cars moving in Qanfotha, west of Benghazi… Since yesterday morning, more than 18 air strikes have been carried out on several locations and movements of terrorists.”
