Alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes struck a residential neighborhood in the town of Ma’arat al-Nu’man in Idlib, killing up to six civilians according to local sources.

While Euphrates post reported that a total of six civilians were killed, several other sources including Baladi news and the Syrian Civil Defense put the death toll at two civilians. Euphrates post claimed that among those killed were children and women. The Syrian Civil Defense however, reported that the two civilians who were killed were men.

Four civilians were reported wounded by Baladi News while the Syrian Civil Defense claimed there were five civilians.

According to Baladi News, the attack was carried out by Russian fighter jets while Euphrates Post blamed the Syrian regime and places the time of the incident in the morning.
