Airwars assessment
Up to three civilians, including a child, were injured in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the city of Al Latamina, Hama governorate, on July 28th, 2019, according to local sources.
Smart News Agency reported “three wounded in bombing of Russian warplanes on the vicinity of the city of Al Latamina north of Hama”.
Manahi Al Ahmed wrote on Facebook: “On Sunday morning, a civilian was lightly injured as the regime’s warplanes targeted the city of Al Latamina with several airstrikes.”
@ShahbaPress tweeted that “a child was injured and the palm of his hand was amputated as a result of the Russian warplanes raids on the city of Al-Latamina in the northern Hama countryside.”
@HalabTodayTV blamed the Syrian regime: “Three civilians were wounded by the bombing of the regime’s air force on the city of Al Latamina, north of Hama.”
Sources blamed both Russia and the Syrian regime for the strikes.
The incident occured in the morning.
