One civilian was reported killed by shelling in Mouqa, Idlib, on August 10th.

Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that “Ahmad Mohammad al Sourani was killed in shelling by Syrian regime forces missiles launcher on Mouqa village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on August 10th, 2019.”

Halab today stated that a “civilian [was] killed due to rocket shelling from regime positions stationed in Camp Bredig on Mouqa village of Idlib southern countryside.”

Two sources attributed the attack to the Syrian Regime, while one other source named both Russian forces and the Syrian regime in reports of the incident.

The local time of the incident is unknown.
