At least three civilians, reportedly from the same family, died and up to 10 more were wounded in an alleged regime or Russian airstrike on Al Kafeer village, local media said.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights “documented the death of three civilians of the same family including a women, in addition to the injury of four others of the same family, including three female citizens, in airstrikes carried out by regime’s warplanes on Monday morning on Al Kafeer village”.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights, also blaming the regime, said that two children were among those killed.
Shahba Press put the death toll at four with ten more wounded.
Local Coordination Committees Syria and @SyrianCoalition were among sources blaming Russian warplanes.
@SyrianCoalition said that both Russia and Assad were responsible.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
