Four people were reportedly killed and others injured including a volunteer with the Syrian Civil Defense (SCD) as a result of an alleged Russian airstrike on Saraqib in Idlib, Syria on November 17th, 2019 according to local sources.

While most sources reported that three of four civilians were killed, Shaam News Agency reported that four militants of rebel factions were killed.

IdlibPlus reported that seven people were injured, including a member of the Syrian Civil Defence.

SCD identified their injured volunteer as Mousa Taleb who got injured by shrapnel resulting from the airstrike.
