Local media reported “a massacre” in Telmans, killing up to eight civilians including three children and three women. Dozens more were reported wounded.
Sources blamed regime barrel bombs and also Russian strikes.
According to Edlib Media Centre, “Syrian war planes targeted civilian homes in Talmans town in the eastern countryside of Ma`rat al-Numan. This resulted in the deaths of seven civilians including three children and three women, and many wounded”.
