Up to two civilians were killed in a suspected Russian or Syrian Regime strike on Al-Mastouma. Of the four sources only one highlighted Russia and one mentioned both the Regime and Russia, the remaining two sources did not identify a culprit.

According to Step News “Regime forces targeted from the checkpoints surrounding the area the road between the town of Mastouma and the city of Idlib in the southern countryside of Idlib, with cluster rockets, killing one civilian and wounding others”, whilst Shaam alleged “two martyrs” following “missile shelling”.

Edlib Media Center reported “two rockets carrying cluster bombs landed in the town” which resulted in a number of injuries.

The local time of the incident is unknown.
