Airwars assessment
Two named civilians were reported killed in the town of Kafarnaha, Aleppo. The two killed were both men and were brothers, according to the two sources, The Syrian Network For Human Rights and Shaam News Network. Russia was mentioned in both sources whilst the Syrian Regime was only cited by Shaam.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights described “fixed-wing warplanes” which were “believed to be Russian” as the weapon responsible for the deaths of the two men. Currently there is limited information about the incident.
