The Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that “Muhammad Anwar al Hasaki, from Kafrnabel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, was killed as fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles on the road linking Kafranbel city and al Bara village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on February 24th.”

Shaam Network also reported that Syrian regime forces were also active in the area during that day and shelled Bara and other areas of Idlib with artillery.
