Between nine and 12 civilians including up to nine children died in an airstrike on Harbanush, according to local media – though it was unclear whether Russia or the Assad regime were responsible.
According to Orient News, 11 civilians including seven children died in a Russian strike. Sky and Ahmed Shlar also pointed towards Moscow. However, Smart, Eren and Alarab.qa Syrian blamed “Russian and Syrian” warplanes.
The source @RayaMediaNet was among several sources that didn’t apportion blame. It said that nine children and three women were killed in the attack.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Harbanush (حربنوش), for which the generic coordinates are: 36.0752553, 36.636449. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
