One civilian was killed and several others were left wounded as an alleged Assad or Russian-waged airstrike hit Ma’ret Al Nu’man, Idlib, local media reported.
@aladeyeh and Masar Press, who both identified Russia as the culprit, reported one fatality and two wounded.
Meanwhile, @OsamaKaial reported that the strike had wounded several civilians. It was the only source that blamed the regime.
