A civilian was killed an an unspecified number of civilians were injured in air and artillery strikes by both Syrian regime and Russian forces, according to sources on the ground. Sources disputed as to who was to blame.
According to Smart News, “Russian-made air strikes targeted the town of Morak, killing one civilian and injuring another, coinciding with an artillery bombardment of the regime’s forces from their positions around the city.
RFS added that “Al-Assad military aircraft used high-explosive rockets and vacuum bombs, causing severe damage to civilian property.”
There are no other details at this time.
