A father and child were killed, and as many as seven others were wounded in airstrikes on Saraqeb, according to local media. Sources were conflicted as to who was to blame, with most attributing blame to Russia, however @AsadSouria blamed the Syrian regime. Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that “unknown warplanes” were to blame for the raids.

Al Latamna youth group reported that strikes hit the “camp of Tel-Roumman”, however it was the only media source to report this specific location.

Most other source reported on damage to civilian homes due to “internationally prohibited bombs”.

Mustafa Haj Ali reported that “Russian air strikes [performed] successive cluster and fragmentation rockets” on the vicinity.

Smart News added that the civilians were “transferred to different medical centres for treatment.”
