Airwars assessment
Three civilians were wounded in the city of Jisr al-Shughour, Idlib, either due to airstrikes, carried out by Russia, or artillery attack, carried out by the Syrian regime, local media reported.
Smart News Agency quoted activists who said that “warplanes likely to be Russian launched four raids on the city of Jisr al-Shughour”, leaving three civilians wounded.
Jsir Media Center identified the three victims by name.
While most sources attributed the strike to Russian airstrikes, Orient News reported that “the regime targeted the city of Jisr al-Shughour with with rocket-propelled grenades,” thus suggesting a ground-launched assault by the Syrian regime.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Jisir Al-Shoghour (جسر الشغور), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.814269, 36.31994. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
