@ShahbaPress reported that four women and a child were killed and an unknown number of others were injured when an alleged Russian airstrike struck the village of Sahyan in the southern countryside of Idlib after midnight. @Fawas_Eibish tweeted that four civilians had been killed and that four others were injured.
Al Etihad Press, however, wrote that one child had been killed while four others were injured. SyriaTV, also blaming Russia, said that four civilians were wounded, and added that at the time of their report, the wounded were still underneath the rubble.
Whereas most sources blamed Russia for the airstrikes, others, such as Baladi News, reported that both Russia and the Syrian regime were responsible for the strikes.
According to Awatan, Syrian regime airstrikes targeted the “supply lines of terrorists”.
