Airwars assessment

Four civilians including a father and his two sons were killed in an airstrike on Deir Sunbul, in what the VDC said was a Russian action.

According to Syria News, “a source said it was the first time that Russian planes targeted the village, which led to a state of fear and terror among the civilian population, prompting most to leave their homes and take refuge in shelters in the ground, as he put it.”
