One civilian was reported killed in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the town of Latmeen, Hama governorate, on August 8th, according to local sources.

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented “the death of a civilian in Russian airstrikes targeted the vicinity of Latmeen village in the northern countryside of Hama.”

@ZaitunAgency reported “the death of a civilian from the city of Al Latamina, as a result of the Russian airstrikes on the village of Latmeen in the northern Hama countryside.”

@HMosa227 was the only source blaming the Syrian regime and did not report any civilian casualties: “Assad’s warplanes target with missiles the city of Kafar Zeita and the town of Latmeen in the northern Hama countryside.”
