One civilian was reported killed by alleged Russian or Syrian regime shelling in Mouqa, Idlib governorate, on August 10th, 2019, according to local sources.
Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that “Ahmad Mohammad al Sourani was killed in shelling by Syrian regime forces missiles launcher on Mouqa village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on August 10th, 2019.”
Halab today stated that a “civilian [was] killed due to rocket shelling from regime positions stationed in Camp Bredig on Mouqa village of Idlib southern countryside.”
According to @Step_Agency, “a civilian was killed when the village of Mouqa in the Idlib countryside was targeted by more than 20 Grad rockets from the regime forces stationed in Braidej.”
According to @abdalazezketa, “a man was killed and others were wounded as a result of missile strikes targeting the village of Mouqa in the southern countryside of Idlib.”
Nearly all sources blamed the Syrian regime for the strike. Shaam News Network was the only source who reported that the civilian death caused by “Russian warplanes and helicopters [launching] dozens of airstrikes accompanied by fierce artillery and rocket shelling” on several towns in Idlib, including Mouqa.
