Local media reported that an alleged Russian strike on an aid store house in Urma al-Kubra killed one woman and wounded up to 12 other civilians.
According to sources on the ground, the targeted building belonged the aid organisation “Big Heart”. Step News Agency said that “one of the refineries and a fuel oil plant plastic” was also struck.
Smart News Agency described how “Fires broke out in the main warehouse, killing one civilian and wounding others, as a result of cluster rocket strikes by Russian warplanes”.
Twelve sources attributed the event to Russia, among these were LCCSY, Syrian Press Center, Halab Today, al-Amawi and Jsirttv.
Additionally, the use of cluster bombs was reported by several sources such as Aleppo White Helmets, Halab News, Aldifa3almadan, Syrian Press Center, Smart News Agency, SRG-Syria and Radio al-kul.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the town of Urma al Kubra (أورم الكبرى), for which the generic coordinates are: 36.1475457, 36.9448239. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
