Enab Baladi said that ” the correspondent of Enab Baladi in Raqqa, citing a medical source in the town on condition of anonymity, stated that two people were killed and two others were injured, one of them in critical condition, as a result of shelling that targeted Ain Issa, as reconnaissance aircraft flew over the area.”

Saradorsin and other local sources claimed that the civilian areas were directly targeted with the shelling.
