Last Updated: December 15, 2024

According to many sources, one “young” civilian was reported injured by a mortar shell attributed to the PKK/YPG or the Syrian Democratic Forces in the city of Jarablus, east of Aleppo, on March 1st 2022.  According to @SOHEB2019, their Al-Khabour correspondent said that the damage was limited to material damage, indicating that there was no civilian harm. This is therefore reflected in the asssessment. This was also corroborated by the Syrian Civil Defense which reported that they made sure there were no casualties.

Abo Othman Madlaj also reported on Facebook that “there are dead and wounded” but did not specify how many.
