On May 23, Coalition military forces conducted 12 strikes consisting of 32 engagements against ISIS terrorists in Syria and Iraq.
In Syria, Coalition military forces conducted five strikes consisting of five engagements against ISIS targets.
- Near Abu Kamal, one strike engaged an ISIS tactical unit and damaged a vehicle.
- Near Dayr Az Zawr, one strike destroyed eight ISIS oil stills and destroyed two ISIS oil truck.
- Near Raqqah, three strikes engaged two ISIS tactical units; destroyed three fighting positions and a mortar system.
In Iraq, Coalition military forces conducted seven strikes consisting of 27 engagements against ISIS targets.
