Airwars assessment
One civilian male was killed in an airstrike on Al-Zabari, according to local sources – though reports were conflicted as to whether the Coalition, the Syrian regime or Russia was to blame for the raids.
There were no reports of wounded civilians.
Sharqya Voice, Saud Sbekhan and Alarby blamed the Coalition.
But according to the Syrian Network for Human Rights, the victim died in a regime strike.
Meanwhile, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that it was unclear whether the raid had been carried out by a Russian warplane.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention Al Zabari (زباري) village, for which the coordinates are: 35.1292971, 40.3955095; and Baqras village (just south of Zabari), for which the coordinates are: 35.0573579, 40.4155234.
Attached to this civilian harm incident is a provisional reconciliation of the Pentagon's declassified assessment of this civilian harm allegation, based on matching date and locational information.
The declassified documents were obtained by Azmat Khan and the New York Times through Freedom of Information requests and lawsuits filed since March 2017, and are included alongside the corresponding press release published by the Pentagon. Airwars is currently analysing the contents of each file, and will update our own assessments accordingly.

After a review of available information it was assessed that no Coalition strikes were conducted in the geographical area that correspond to the report of civilian casualties.
Original strike reports
For August 15th – 16th the Coalition reported “Near Dayr Az Zawr, one strike destroyed an ISIS well-head.”
For Aug 16-22, France report 5 strikes in Iraq and 2 in Syria. Task Force Wagram conducted 60 artillery missions.
