Lana News wrote: “Two people were killed and a child was wounded by a Turkish warplane that supported the Al-Wifaq militia, which targeted a Sirte truck and another civilian vehicle near the city of Sirte.

Medical sources at Ibn Sina hospital in Sirte said on Monday that a truck driver and his companion were killed while their trucks were being targeted.”

It added: “The victim was travelling from Sabha to Benghazi and was shot and then shelled at the intersection known as the “burned bus junction” on the road of Waddan – Abu Hadi.”

Afrigate reported: “Two people were killed and a child was wounded by a Turkish warplane that supported the Al-Wefaq militia [GNA], which targeted a truck from Sirte and another civilian vehicle near the city of Sirte.

Two civilians were reportedly killed in an LNA airstrike on the Al Hadba neighbourhood of Tripoli.

February TV said: “Haftar planes targeted the homes of civilians in Al Hadba, which led to the death of a child and her father and injured two members of her family today in Tripoli.”

Libya Alahrar TV claimed four civilians were injured: “The killing of a child and her father and four others wounded, including children, as a result of the bombing of the Haftar forces on Al Hadba.”

Tarhuna 24 reported the incident was caused by a Grad rocket and a man and his nephew were killed.

Between two and five civilians were allegedly killed by a GNA airstrike on Sidi as Sa’is near Tripoli.

Almarsad reported: “A doctor at the hospital of Tarhuna confirmed the death of two young men and the injury of two others and a family consisting of 4 children and their father seriously injured by the bombing of one of the planes of the air college Misurata to a group of civilian cars in front of the fuel station in Sidi as Sa’is area south of Tripoli.

Eyewitnesses told the Observer newspaper on Wednesday that a plane belonging to the Misurata Air Force bombed a fuel tank and a number of civilian cars near the fuel station Sidi as Sa’is south of Tripoli.”

Matog Saleh tweeted that two civilians were killed and four children injured.

An Amnesty Internation on-the-ground investigation later said: “According to eye witnesses, two GNA air-delivered rockets struck several vehicles near a fuel station in the Sidi Sayah area on 3 July 2019 at about 1 pm, killing five civilians. Mohammed al-Sayah, who lives nearby, told Amnesty International that three of his relatives, Wajdi Othman al-Sayah, 26, Mosbah, Khalifa al-Sayah, 29, and Ayad Mosbah Abu Saif, 51, were killed in the strike, together with a woman and her child, whose names are not known.”

One man was reportedly killed by indiscriminate artillery shelling in Tripoli.

Radaa.abuslim said the Sudanese man died when a shell fell on his home hitting him in his bed. He was apparently working as a guard at a construction site near Tripoli Airport where the body was found.

Tripoli Now published a similar report: “Only a few days ago, during patrols of the branch, the body of a Sudanese guard was found at the site of the construction company at the Tripoli International Airport near the equestrian bridge because of a shell falling on a bed.”

Reports of fighting point at the GNA or LNA as perpetrators of the shelling.

A single source reported that one civilian was killed in a “criminal attack” on an aid convoy in Gheryan, Jabal al Gharbi, on June 18th.

According to the source, 218 TV, “a relief convoy carrying food and medicines from the interim government to the western region has been under criminal attack south of the city of Gheryan, killing one truck driver and damaging many items of aid, a spokesman for the interim government said.

Oreibi said that the convoy was attacked near the uninhabited Jendouba area. He said that the convoy carried fuel, oil, cooking gas and generators, as well as foodstuffs and medical supplies, including medical oxygen cylinders.”

The attack was attributed to the GNA.
