Syrian Network for Human Rights reported one civilian killed in the attack, and named him as Khaled Ahmad al Hmaido. Later it was reported that a woman named Khaldiya Al-Battal died of her wounds as results of the same airstrike.

Listing a number of causalities and locations, and alleging the death of two civilians in Kafar Nabil, Shaam News stated that “Russian and Syrian regime military aircraft conducted dozens of air raids, accompanied by heavy artillery shelling, on cities and towns” on June 8th.

Syrian Network for Human Rights attributed the airstrike to the Syrian Regime.

@SyriaCivilDefe reported “the death of a child and the wounding of three women as a result of four airstrikes by warplanes targeting civilian homes on the outskirts of the city of Ma’arat Al Nu’man in Idlib countryside this morning.”

Attributing the attack to the Syrian regime, the Syrian Network for Human Rights identified the girl killed as Fadwa Jum’a Al Bassas.

@azaldenalkasem1 reported that two civilians were additionally wounded and civilian homes and property were destroyed.

@abdalazezketa reported the use of vacuum missiles. @NagiNajjar, however, stated that artillery strikes coming from a Russian camp south of the city of Halfaya targeted the city with cluster missiles.

While some sources pointed to the Syrian regime, others did not positively attribute blame to an active belligerent. Shaam News Network blamed both Russia and the Syrian regime.

According to @MasarPressNet, “a civilian was injured as a result of airstrikes by Assad’s forces on the city of Khan Sheikhoun in the southern countryside.”

@NagiNajjar reported that “the Russian occupation air forces targeted residential neighbourhoods in the city of Khan Sheikhoun, south of Idlib, with several airstrikes”, but did not report any civilian harm. @HalabTodayTV tweeted that the city had been targeted with four raids by Russian warplanes.

Syrian Civil Defence reported that its volunteer Bilal Al Salloum broke his leg while aiming to put out a fire in the aftermath of the strikes.

Shaam News Network wrote that “Russian warplanes and Assad’s helicopters launched dozens of air-raids, with rockets and explosive barrels” on a number of cities, towns and villages on June 9th.

Smart News Agency, however, reported that the victims were a woman and her granddaughter, adding that the victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.

@NagiNajjar tweeted: “58 airstrikes by the regime and the Russians with missiles, barrel bombs and cluster bombs on the areas of the northern Hama countryside”, including Latamina.

@syrian191124 reported that “Russian warplanes target the towns of Kafar Zeita and Al Latamina in the northern Hama countryside.”

While many sources pointed to the Syrian regime as the responsible belligerent, @syrian191124 blamed Russian airstrikes and @NagiNajjar, Smart News Agency and Shaam News Network reported both the Syrian regime and Russian forces as responsible.
