Airwars assessment
One women was killed in alleged Russian or Syrian regime air and/or artillery strikes on the town of Kfarouma, Idlib governorate, on November 11th 2019, according to local sources.
Smart News Agency reported that “a woman was killed as a result of rocket shelling on the village of Kfarouma, south of Idlib, from the positions of Russian forces in the village of Latmeen, north of the city of Hama, central Syria”.
Shaam News Network reported “Russian airstrikes”.
IdlibPlus, however, pointed to the Syrian regime as being responsible for the artillery strikes, speaking of ‘seven artillery shells’.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights identified the victim as Marah Mohammad Al Hamid.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
