One women was killed and others were wounded in alleged Russian or Syrian regime air and/or artillery strikes on the town of Kafrouma, Idlib governorate, on November 11th 2019, according to local sources.

Smart News Agency reported that “a woman was killed as a result of rocket shelling on the village of Kfarouma, south of Idlib, from the positions of Russian forces in the village of Latmeen, north of the city of Hama, central Syria”.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights identified the victim as Marah Mohammad Al Hamid.

Sada News and @akram_masri0 reported on the wounding of “others” and “a number of civilians” but did not specify how many.

Sources were conflicted as to who was responsible. Shaam News Network reported “Russian airstrikes”. IdlibPlus, however, pointed to the Syrian regime as being responsible for the artillery strikes, speaking of ‘seven artillery shells’.
