One child died in an airstrike on Ihsem, Jabal Al-Zawia, local media reported. Two sources said that the regime carried out attacks on the town. While none of the reports blamed Russia, most of them referred to unidentified “warplanes”, meaning that Moscow’ involvement could not be ruled out.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported the death of a child in “an aerial bombardment on Ihsem” – though it didn’t name the culprit.

The child’s death was also reported by Radio Alkul, who blamed the regime.

Other sources mentioned “martyrs” but didn’t specify the number of fatalities.
