Between three and nine civilians including two children and one man died and more were wounded in an alleged Russian airstrike on Tabara Kalash village, according to local media.
LCCSY “documented the deaths of nine people in Aleppo killed in a Russian air raid using cluster bombs on the village of Tabara Kalah and in a mine explosion in Manbij; the mines had been left in the town by Daesh.”
Other sources blaming Russia included Thiqa, Hasan_Mustaga, Syrian Network for Human Rights, Alnateq1 and HalabNews – all of which said that two children killed.
ZakariaNassani added that a “large number” more were wounded.
Shahba reported that “two children and a man were killed” – but didn’t identify the warplane responsible.
