According to multiple sources, at least seven non-combatants died, this including two children and two women, and some injured in alleged Russian airstrike in downtown Idlib city.
Other sources accused the Syria regime air forces of the shelling in the city of Idlib.
The Violation Documentation Center in Syria named the seven victims.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Idlib, for which the generic coordinates are: 35.9266201, 36.6180588. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
