Local sources reported that an alleged Russian warplane struck the village of Rasim Al Aa’li in the Akeirbat region in eastern Hama by warplanes, killing three civilians and injuring three civilians. 

Smart News reported that a woman and two children were killed and that another three civilians were wounded, some of whom were in critical condition.

This airstrike was reported to be one of several airstrikes that time in the surrounding area, amid clashes between the Syrian regime and ISIS.
