A single source, the Smart News Agency, reported that “a number of civilians were killed and wounded by shelling of warplanes likely to be Russian to a village controlled by the Islamic State Organisation, east of Hama city, central Syria”.
It added that, “the aircraft bombed civilian houses in the village of Al-Albawi, east of the city of Hama (59) east of the city of Hama, killing four civilians, including two children and wounding two others”.
There are no other details at this time.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Al A’lbawi (العلباوي), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.168581, 37.453755. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
