A single source, the Smart News Agency, reported that “a number of civilians were killed and wounded by shelling of warplanes likely to be Russian to a village controlled by the Islamic State Organisation, east of Hama city, central Syria”.

It added that, “the aircraft bombed civilian houses in the village of Al-Albawi, east of the city of Hama (59) east of the city of Hama, killing four civilians, including two children and wounding two others”.
