Airwars assessment
A male child, named as nine month old Ahmad Hamze Layla, was killed in an airstrike on Anadan, according to both the Violations Documentation Centre and the Syrian Network for Human Rights.
It is unclear whether regime or Russian forces were responsible for the alleged raid. The VDC said the victim was killed by Russian shelling with vacuum missiles, while the Syrian Network blamed regime forces.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the town of Anadan (عندان), for which the generic coordinates are: 36.29353, 37.04466. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
