Airwars assessment
A girl died and up to four others were injured – including a young girl – following airstrikes on Dablan, local media reported. Sources were conflicted as to who was to blame, however most blamed Russian warplanes, while others blamed “unknown” warplanes.
According to sources, a school was struck as well as residential housing. Dablan Net reported that primary school (near the siphon) was struck as well as “Ammar al-Hussein’s house [which] was damaged and his daughter cut her hand.”
Helicopters, rocket launchers and other warplanes were sighted in the vicinity.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
