Airwars assessment

Between four and five non-combatants were killed in airstrikes on Sakba, according to multiple sources.

The Shaam News Network reported that two civilians died in two alleged Russian strikes on the town. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported unspecified losses also due to alleged Russian attacks.

However, footage of the attack from two separate sources appears to show Syrian Air Force MiG23s.
