Although most sources attributed the blame to Russian warplanes, some sources blamed “warplanes”. One even reported the use of an explosive barrel, indicating Syrian regime participation, making this a contested event.

According to local media, an internally displaced family of four was killed, including a father, son and a mother, who were sheltering at a poultry farm.

Although most sources reported that between two and four civilians were killed, Orient News reported that as many as 14 civilians were both killed and wounded in Russian airstrikes on the residential vicinity.
