Three to four civilians were reported killed and as many as ten civilians were injured in alleged Russian and Syrian regime raids on Sarja. A woman was included in the injured, an a child was included in the death toll. Sources blamed both the Syrian regime and Russia fo the strikes. One source blamed an anonymous “airforce”.

According to local media, the Syrian civil Defence base in the vicinity was hit and destroyed, rendering it inoperable.

Vehicles and other residential buildings were also destroyed in what sources described was a two raid attack.

Footage shows unrecognisable body parts being pulled from the rubble.
