Airwars assessment
Up to six civilians were wounded, including between two and four children, in airstrikes which hit the vicinity of Ma’ar Debsi, according to local media. All sources reported that Russian warplanes was to blame.
Jorf News reported that farms were “targeted”. In addition, Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that “Russian forces shelled henhouse sheltering IDPs in Ma’ar Debsa village in Idlib suburbs”.
Members of the Syrian Civil Defence took wounded victims to the nearest medical facilites to treat their wounds.
An image published shows a child with serious burns to her face.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the town of Ma’ar Debsi (معردبسي), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.779211, 36.770897. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
