Several air raids on the town of Ariha in Idlib province killed up to 12 civilians and injured many others, according to local sources.

Missiles “dismantled” the Al-Ameen Medical Complex at around 11am, wounding two medical staff and damaging five emergency vehicles, Baladi News reported. The hospital provided primary health care, a dialysis center and a physical treatment center.

Both Russian and Syrian forces were accused of carrying out the attack by sources on the ground.

The Al-Ameen Center for Humanitarian Support said Assad and Russia targeted medical centers and relief warehouses to increase the suffering of innocent people.
