Local media reported that an unspecified number of civilians was wounded in alleged Russian airstrikes on Khan Subul, Idlib governorate, on March 13th, 2019.
Edlib Media Center reported that “civilians were wounded by Russian airstrikes with high-explosive missiles on the town of Khan Al Sabul east of Idlib.”
Step Agency wrote that “Russian Air Force launches several air raids on the towns of Sarqeb, Khan Al Sabul, the vicinity of Mardikh hill east of Idlib and [there are] reports of casualties.”
@FB83a9CJaVKcK9P reported the raids took place around 12:05 AM.
Whereas most sources blamed Russia for the airstrikes, Syria Live map noted that the Assad regime also carried out strikes on the town.
The incident occured at 00:05:00 local time.

Reports of the incident mention the town of Khan Subul, for which the generic coordinates are: 35.753927, 36.770468. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
