On April 27th, the White Helmets reported: “The death of martyrs and the occurrence of several casualties, with people missing under the rubble, after night air raids by Russian warplanes on civilian houses in #Al Amqeya and Al’inakawi in the countryside of Hama.” Qasioun News explicitly stated there had been no reports of civilian casualties in Al’inakawi.
