The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that it had “monitored more Russian air strikes in the town of Al Latamina in the northern suburbs of Hama, where Russian helicopters fired two missiles each on, after Russian warplanes had targeted the town with four air raids”
According to Step, there had been “a bombardment with rocket launchers from the Russian camp south of Halfaya city targets the town of Al Latamina”.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
