Local sources reported that a woman was killed by shelling in the village of Ariyanba in the southern countryside of Idlib. Two or three other people were reported wounded. Sources were conflicted as to whether Russia or the Assad regime was to blame.

HalabTodayTV added that dozens of families were displaced as a result of the attack.

The Facebook page ‘Khan Sheikhoun and its countryside lens’ said that there had been “heavy artillery shelling” and that areas in Khan Sheikhoun and its countryside had been bombed by Russian aircraft.

Smart News Agency reported that “a woman was killed and three civilians were wounded on Tuesday [April 30th, 2019] by an aerial bombardment of helicopter gunships on the village of Ariyanba near Idlib in northern Syria.”
