In what was widely reported as regime airstrikes , three or four civilians including a child died and up to 20 more were wounded in Saraqeb on May 22nd, 2019. However, one source – Mohammed Galul – reported that Russia were also carrying out raids in the town.

Mohamd Aslan joined the Syrian Network for Human Rights in putting the death toll at four.

Several sources counted three airstrikes, wounding up to 20 civilians – one of whom was a child, according to the White Helmets. 4 k more 20 w in 3 strikes

The Syrian Human Rights Committee named two of the victims as Mahmoud Ahmad Al-Omar (child), and Ahmad Muhammad Idris.
