One civilian was reported killed and four others, including a woman, were injured in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the town of Jabala, Idlib governorate, on July 21st, 2019.

According to the Syrian Civil Defense, “one man was killed and four others, including a woman, were injured by the targeting of the town of Jabala in the village of Idlib with three air raids.”

Smart News Agency spoke of “dead and wounded”, while Step News Agency also stated that civilian was killed in the airstrike.

Halab Today TV’s correspondent reported that “a man was killed and a woman and three men were wounded as a result of three airstrikes by the warplanes targeting the town of Jabala in the southern countryside of Idlib.”

@IdlibPlus tweeted: “Four airstrikes by warplanes targeted the village of Jabala in the southern countryside of Idlib.”

According to Zaiton Mag, “civilians were wounded and stuck under the rubble as a result of the Russian airstrikes on the village with vacuum missiles.”

Both Russian forces and the Syrian regime were named as the belligerent of the strike in local reports.
