Airwars assessment
One civilian was killed in alleged Russian airstrikes on the village of Sheikh Mustafa, Idlib governorate, on November 10th, 2019, according to local sources.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that Ahmad Asaad Al Sawadi was killed in the alleged Russian airstrikes. According to Edlib Media Center, the man was working on the olive harvest when the strikes hit the village.
All of the sources that reported on the incident attributed the strikes to Russia.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Sheikh Mustafa ( الشيخ مصطفى), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.519135, 36.552968. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
