An undisclosed number of civilians were reported killed or injured in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the town of Taftanaz, Idlib governorate, on February 3rd, 2020, according to SMART News.
SMART reported that there were “victims of the airstrikes from Russian warplanes on the town of Taftanaz”, but did not specify the number nor if the victims were killed or injured.
Sources alleged Russian aircraft carried out a series of raids on the town.

Vdcsy reported Syrian regime barrel bombs struck several areas in the countryside of Idlib including Taftanaz.
Shaam and Hosn said Russian and Syrian regime warplanes carried out dozens of air raids in cities and towns including Taftanaz.
The majority of the sources said Russia carried out the strikes.
